Jeremy Starr, DO grew up in Tremonton and Providence before moving to Montana, which he still calls home. He earned associate degrees at Ricks College and Idaho State University, completed medical school in Kansas City, and residency in Casper, Wyoming.

He practiced rural family medicine, including emergency care and obstetrics, for 12 years in Kemmerer, Wyoming. Dr. Starr enjoys the breadth of family medicine, offering care from newborns to older adults, including Osteopathic manipulation and office procedures.

Married to his wife Carrie for 27 years, they have four sons and a daughter-in-law. He loves skiing at Beaver Mountain, camping and hiking with family, and supporting Carrie’s performances in the American Festival Chorus. A devoted BYU fan, he rarely misses a football game.
